All of our baked goods are made in a safe kitchen environment. We clean all of our surfaces between bakes. But, although this is true, we advise you to let us know if you have any allergies. To add on, We are not responsible for any allergic reactions that might occur regarding our treats. 

                                                            Care and Handling

We are not responsible for damaging baked goods after pick-up, delivery, or shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your order after shipping, we advise you to contact Julia's Delicious Delights. The client is responsible for providing the proper environment for the baked goods. Whoever picks up the baked goods has to accept all liability and responsibility for the condition of the baked goods once they leave the possession of Julia's Delicious Delights 

                                                           Design Variations

Although we make many attempts to provide an exact design and approximate colors, custom cupcakes and cakes are delicate and detailed. It might not be possible to match the specific shade of a color that you desire, but we will try to achieve the color you would like. The final product may have slight variations. Also, be aware that exposure to light can cause colors to change throughout the cakes. Julia's Delicious Delights does not offer discounts or refunds if the exact shade of a color is not executed. 

                                                                Refund Policy

Julia's Delicious Delights provides amazing desserts in a convenient time frame. We guarantee that the size, flavors, and general design features will try to be as exact as possible. If you are not pleased with our treats please let us know when you accept your order. Once your order is accepted, refunds will not be taken into consideration. 

                                                               Photographs

We respect the privacy of all our clients. However, we reserve the right to take pictures of baked goods and use those photos on our website, social media, or marketing. We also have the right to use any photographs for display without consent from you.

We're committed to providing our customers with the best possible experience at Julia's Delicious Delights. That's why we offer a free baked goods policy where customers can get their 10th baked goods for free when they purchase nine baked goods from us. Please note that this offer does not include custom cakes or cupcakes. We want to ensure that our customers feel appreciated and rewarded for their loyalty, and this policy is just one way we do that. Along with this, please understand that the same rule applies when signing up for our email campaigns. You will receive 10% off any baked goods, excluding CUSTOM cakes and cupcakes.  We also have a fun challenge for our customers to participate in. Suppose you order from Julia's Delicious Delights and post a picture of what you ordered on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, or TikTok with the hashtag #juliasdeliciousdelights. In that case, you'll be entered to win a free dozen of our delicious funfetti cookies. Please note that the post must be public and visible to everyone. We love seeing our customers enjoying our baked goods, and we're excited to see all the creative ways you showcase them.
